UCLA Arrests on Monday

KABC News in Los Angeles is reporting today that 44 persons were arrested Monday allegedly preparing to break into a UCLA building as part of the pro-Palestinian occupation. Police recovered several tools used to break into structures.

In the video here, you can see a man who is handcuffed wearing a lime-green baseball cap. The view is from the back, but this would appear to be one of the "legal observers" of the National Lawyers Guild, a far-left legal organization that was founded in the 1930s as a legal arm of the Communist Party USA.  Their "observers" have been present at UCLA in recent days as they are in so many pro-Palestinian protests. From the front, the words, "National Lawyers Guild legal observer" are written on their caps as can be seen in this Daily Bruin report of the arrests. You can read the words clearly if you enlarge the photo by clicking on it.
