Chalk up another defeat for free speech on college campuses. After much bally-hoo from leftist students and faculty at Rutgers University, Condi Rice has decided not to accept the invitation to give the commencement speech.

Sadly, this is what our universities have degenerated into. Any time a conservative speaker is invited to speak, you have sit-ins, teach-ins, protests, glass doors being broken and what-have-you.
Rutgers should have been honored to have Ms Rice as its commencement speaker. It would have given this troubled institution a measure of grace and class it sorely needs after a series of black eyes including orgasm workshops. As it is, they will probably wind up with some politically-correct liberal that nobody will bother to protest.
I suggest someone like Harry Reid. He can talk about his obsessions: The Koch brothers and right-wing conspiracy theories like Benghazi. That should make everyone happy.
