This is breaking. Explosions have hit the Interior Ministry building in the Egyptian city of Mansoura. At least 14 are dead and 130 injured.

Here is a report from Coptic Solidarity. The Egyptian prime minister has reacted to the attack by declaring the Muslim Brotherhood to be a terrorist organization.
