Hat tip Israel National News (Arutz Sheva) and JJ (T.E.A.M. San Diego)
Jerry Sobol, writing in Arutz Sheva, describes the problem of campus anti-Semitism in the US. Not surprisingly, most of it is focused on the University of California campuses and describes specific incidents, many of which I am familiar with.

Comment:
In the interest of full disclosure, Tammi Rossman-Benjamin and Leila Beckwith are friends and colleagues, with whom I have worked on this issue. I have also had the pleasure of meeting and corresponding with Jessica Felber. They are all mentioned in the above report.
I should also mention that for the past few years, the Muslim Student Union, when they hold their anti-Israel week every May at UC Irvine, always open with a preamble, if you will, that they are not anti-Semitic just anti-Zionist. They also make it a point to bring in speakers who are anti-Israel Jews. The problem is that some of the speakers they bring in often make anti-Jewish remarks or have a previous history of anti-Semitic rhetoric. I refer specifically to Amir Abdel Malik Ali, Abdul Alim Musa, and Mohammed al Asi, all of whom have spoken at UCI on behalf of the MSU over the years-and in my presence.
Is there a problem of anti-Semitism on US college campuses? You bet there is. Is it being ignored or swept under the rug by university administrators and the media? You bet it is.
