    Maybe because they are hard at work making a park out of it, while the naysayers sit on the sidelines sipping beer and making snide remarks?

    I have no doubt it needs work Gary. It seems some are working on it, others are saying it can't be done.

    (Last time I was in Orange County, it was still an air base).
