It is astounding how the Swedish and international press covering the protest yesterday in Stockholm are trying to mislead the public about what happened. Atlas Shrugs has a follow-up report on the event led by Pam Geller, Robert Spencer, Tommy Robinson (of the English Defence League) and the Stop the Islamization of Europe movement.

It is the same in Europe as in the US. Our media here tries to portray the peaceful Tea Party movement as a bunch of dangerous, hateful extremists while downplaying the real violence and disruption carried out by the Occupy movement. In Europe, we have a peaceful event by counter-Jihadists, who are only standing up for freedom. Their event is disrupted by far-leftists who threw objects and fireworks, tried to get at the demonstrators, and had to be routed by the cops. Cops were injured and leftists were arrested. But who are the bad guys, according to the media? Geller, Spencer et. al. The rioters are simply described as "anti-racists".
Josef Goebbels would be proud.
