Ted Kaczynski-Notable critic of technology
The below video is produced by the Chronicle of Higher Education and features philosophy Professor David Skrbina of the University of Michigan at Dearborn. You are going to want to watch this sitting down because this promises to be a classic when it comes to documenting the lunacy going on in our universities.
In this piece, Skrbina, who is gravely concerned about the growth of technology in our society, sings the praises of Ted Kazcynski, the Unibomber nut who lived in a cabin in the woods and sent packages with bombs that killed a few folks a few decades ago-all in the name of fighting technology-or some other demons in his head. Yet, just like Hannibal Lecter, Kazcynski has his fans out there, among them Prof. Skrbina, who describes Kaczynski as "a notable critic of technology".

"A potential prophet and savior of humanity and the planet".
"Dear David, Thank you for your latest letter.........."
I can just envision the headlines now. "Retired professor David Skrbina, living alone in a cabin somewhere in the woods of the Upper Michigan peninsula..........................."
Higher education can't get much higher.
more important than freedom of speech, is our freedom to ignore fools except when the are elected to political office , quickly enact inane laws that we, the people, must obey.
