Jimmy Hoffa Jr "Tones Down the Rhetoric"

Hat tip to the Blaze

Yesterday in Detroit, President Obama spoke before the Teamsters union. Teamsters president Jimmy Hoffa Jr gave the warmup speech introducing the President.

"Let's Take these sons of bitches out...." (Tea Party)

Well, what can one expect from a Teamsters president named Jimmy Hoffa?

And here is straight-shooter DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz's response when asked about the comment by Fox News' Gretchen Carlson. (Go to 3:30 mark.)

"I'd like to answer your question."

  1. How appropriate that Obama celebrates Labor day in Detroit. Here is a city that has been ruled by Democrats for at least 50 years by a symbiosis with the unions.

It has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country! The city is decaying. They have been losing population for years at an accelerating rate. This is a singularly disastrous situation for the workers, the businesses, the citizens, and EVERYBODY except the politicians and the Union bosses, who are doing just fine, thank you.

Anyone want to be governed by Democrats and have union rules? This is what you get. There may well be worse places in the U.S. but Detroit was once a great city. I can't think of any that has failed so badly from where they once were. East St. Louis, for example, is in pretty bad shape but it has never been a great place.

Detroit, I hear, is a great place for Muslims these days. That is another ingredient in this toxic soup.

Democratic rule, union mobs, and Muslim demands! Sounds like a magnetic field that would force away commerce and enterprise and the jobs that go with them.

Here is the CHANGE that you Democrats voted for... look at Detroit. Is there ANYPLACE in the US where this mix works?

  2. GO, HOFFA!

And Romney saying he's outside of politics... that's like someone who is thrice married boasting of their virginity. NOBODY running for president is "outside of politics." Nobody.
