The below video is from Euro News in French. It concerns an Italian court ruling in Milan, Italy that says illegal migrants/asylum-seekers can avoid deportation if they stand a high risk of contracting the Covid virus in their home countries.

Is this to suggest that migrants are not running a high risk of contracting the Covid virus while in Italy or other European countries? What is it I am not getting here?
