The saga of Cornell Law School professor William Jacobson continues. I am cross-posting an article by George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley. Professor Turley has often appeared on television discussing legal and constitutional matters. Most recently, he testified before Congress against the move to impeach President Trump. He is a liberal, but is bright and intellectually honest. Rather than form his legal ideas around any ideology, he calls them as he sees them.
In the below article, Turley comes to the defense of Professor Jacobson.

Not surprisingly, one reader concluded, or at least implied, that Professor Turley's ideas supporting Jacobson's right to free expression were RACIST. How absurd.
