Cadoneghe, Italy
Marco Schiesaro is the mayor of the town of Cadoneghe in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. Like so many, he is frustrated by the actions of the European Union in relation to his country, both as to the immigration crisis and the Corona virus. He has made a video of himself "suspending" the EU flag at the town hall. We have added sub-titles to his statement of protest.
