If it weren't so tragic and outrageous, you could almost laugh at the lamest excuse I have ever heard for committing the crimes of rape and murder (of a 92-year-old woman). It happened in New York City.

But there is good news: Under New York's new "bail reform law", Khan may even be released without bail. After all, it was just an accident, right?
