Yesterday, I was sent the below information by Scott Jacobs regarding a memorial that was held yesterday at LAX for Vicky Hen, a Jewish lady killed by a terrorist at the El Al check-in area of Los Angeles Airport in 2002. I was unable to attend, but am proud to post the information.

"At 10:45 on July 4th morning, join us to pay respects to the memory of Vicky Hen, murdered in the 2002 L.A.X. jihadist attack at the El Al departures check-in. Declare your independence from jihad on Jews and Christians in America. We gather at monument to her at the Monument on the infield lawn outside the Short-Term Parking Exit of LAX Terminal 6. It's underneath the center arches - facing Terminal 6. We will stand for a minute of silence for her memory exactly the minute that she gave her life at 11:15 am.
In addition to Vicky Hen, 25, Yakov Aminov, 46, was also killed (his survivors have since returned to Israel), and at least 4 other people were wounded: Haim Sapir, the El Al security guard whose bullets ultimately stopped the attacker; Sarah Philips, a then 61-year old traveler from Canada; Arie Golan, then 54, who suffered superficial stab wounds; and an anonymous El Al security guard. Noteworthy of mention is Dr. David Parkus, a trauma surgeon from Beaumont, Texas who jumped in to wrestle the shooter."
