Illegal Mosque in Milan Still Running

Back in 2017, this site and Gates of Vienna reported on an illegal mosque operating on Via Cavalcanti in Milan, Italy. The makeshift mosque was located in the basement of a large apartment building. Well, as you can see from the above video (sub-titles in English), this mosque is still in operation in spite of resident complaints and police interventions.

Having lived in Milan for 5 years, I can appreciate the anger and frustration the residents of this apartment building feel. Milan is almost exclusively apartment buildings. Entrance is controlled by special keys and pass cards the residents have. The subterranean parts are either for cars or storerooms for the residents. Those who show up to frequent these mosque are not residents and should not have access. It is an outrage.
