Cologne wasn't the only German city where Arab youths ran amok. In the below video from Gates of Vienna, Arab men do battle with the police in Berlin on New Years Eve.

When I served as a US military policeman in Germany in the 1960s, the German cops used to have those rubber truncheons they used to wrap around people's heads. I wonder whatever happened to them.
