The Netherlands is refusing to accept about 32 migrants picked up by a rescue ship with a Dutch flag off the coast of Libya. The Dutch say that they will not accept the migrants until other EU nations also agree to accept migrants.

Could this be yet another crack in the EU over the migrant issue? Hopefully yes.
According to international law, legitimate refugees picked up at sea should be taken to the nearest safe port. In this case, that would not be Malta, Italy or Spain. It would be other North African countries like Tunisia. But of course, nobody wants to go to Tunisia. They want to ride the gravy train to Europe. It's just like the Syrian refugees would have to go to Europe or the US while other Arab countries like Saudi Arabia take zero refugees. Similarly, Honduran migrants have no interest in finding refuge in Mexico. They insist on coming to the US.
We are all being played for suckers.
