It's when a pro-Palestinian protester pushes a pro-Israel guy to the ground in San Francisco. As the late great Laker broadcaster, Chick Hearn, used to say, "No harm. No foul". (Or was it, harm but no foul?)
So when a guy named Salim Ahmad Nasser, clad in his Palestinian keffiyeh with the black and white doo-dads, got verbally and physically aggressive, he was placed in custody by San Francisco's finest. Trouble was, they cut him loose.

It is easy to see why San Francisco has gotten out of control and the quality of life has sunk so low.
