While a Sudanese guy was driving his vehicle into pedestrians in London, an Afghan asylum seeker was stabbing people randomly in a small French town. The Local.FR has the report in English.

Of course, as always, the man is mentally ill. They all are. No terrorist motives, everybody is safe and all's well.
