A 43-year-old Turkish guy attacked a woman and a man. both in their 40s with a meat cleaver outside a market in the town of Kerpen in North Rhine Westphalia. The man is in critical condition, and the woman is also severely injured.The perp was arrested. It may be a case of jealousy.
