Well, you get the picture. In Dresden, an Afghan asylum-seeker bolstered his case to stay in Germany while wandering around the streets with a knife and screaming, "Allahu Akhbar". That's enough probable cause as the cops were called in to take the man into custody before anybody got hurt.
