A Belgian ex-convict attacked and killed three people, including two female police officers, in Liege, Belgium today. Police are investigating it as a likely act of terrorism. The attacker was killed by police.

He is identified as Benjamin Herman, a Belgian. Aside from the reported shout of "Allahu Akhbar", police state that Herman was known to associate with "extremists". Sounds like code for Muslim extremists.
