On Monday, longtime Trump attorney Michael Cohen became the latest of Trump's associates to feel the heat from Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller. Cohen, if you will recall, is the guy who supposedly paid $130,000 hush money to ex porn star Stormy Daniels (real name Stephanie Clifford) to keep quiet about an alleged affair she had with Trump before he became president.
On Monday, FBI agents, acting partially on a referral from Mueller, stormed (no pun intended) Cohen's office looking for all sorts of titillating material.

What this all has to do with Mueller's assignment is open to debate, though if Cohen would flip against Trump to get out of a parking ticket, it all works out in the end. It now turns out that Cohen supposedly took out a home equity loan to pay off Stormy, and if he misstated the purpose of the loan, that's a crime.
So now, Mr Cohen, please tell us everything you know about Russian collusion.
Of course, Cohen's obvious claim is that he and Trump are entitled to attorney-client privilege if any knowledge of this elusive crime was based on his attorney-client relationship with Trump. Attorneys, of course, do not have a license to engage in crime with their clients. (For example, if a drug attorney is paid for his services in cocaine, he can be prosecuted.)
Here is the exception.
One thing seems pretty certain: Mueller is looking for someone to give up the goods on Trump. We can now look forward to CNN beating this Stormy Daniels stuff to death.
