The Strzok-Page Emails Are Disgusting

The release this week of nearly 400 pages of FBI emails between agent Peter Strzok and his girlfriend, Lisa Page, are deeply troubling.  They suggest strongly that the fix was in as regards the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails. Moreover, once again, we see 5 full months of missing emails that, for some mysterious reason, have simply disappeared from FBI records. Shades of Lois Lerner of the IRS and Hillary herself with her 33,000 missing emails. It has now been disclosed that Strzok was hesitant to join Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller's team because he doubted there was anything to the Trump-Russian collusion allegations.

It is highly suspicious that the missing emails in the Strzok-Page matter covers a period from December 14, 2016 to May 17, 2017- the day Mueller was appointed as special prosecutor. This period covers a crucial time during the allegations into Trump-Russian collusion including the
controversial Michael Flynn interview-by Strzok himself on January 24, 2017 at the White House.

But truly disgusting is the language used by Strzok and Page that was revealed in the just-released emails. Keep in mind these are FBI communications. They show such a strong distaste for candidate Trump and a favoritism for Hillary that it seems they consider an exoneration for Hillary to be of utmost importance. Consider the language used days before then Director James Comey issued his no charges press conference on July 5, 2016.  That was three days after the FBI interviewed Mrs. Clinton.

"One exchange between Strzok and Page, dated July 1, 2016, referenced then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch's decision to accept the FBI's conclusion in the Clinton investigation. Lynch's announcement came days after it was revealed that the attorney general and former President Bill Clinton had an impromptu meeting aboard her plane in Phoenix.

"Timing looks like hell," Strzok texted Page.

"Yeah, that is awful timing," Page agreed. In a later message, she added: "It's a real profile in couragw [sic], since she knows no charges will be brought."

In fact, Comey's exoneration memo had already been penned 2 months earlier-with Strzok's input among others. Is it any wonder that the July 2 interview of Mrs Clinton was a mere formality? 

The fix was in. Just as the fix was in with the Democratic primary, and just as the fix was in with the IRS investigation.
