The Boycott, Divest and Sanctions movement against Israel is now experiencing the boomerang effect. Recognizing the anti-Jewish motives behind BDS, US lawmakers are now starting to support legislation opposing the movement.

The ulterior motive behind BDS is that Palestinians refuse to accept the presence of the Jewish state. Masked as some sort of human rights movement, BDS's true goal is the total take down of Israel and replacement by a Palestinian state "from the river to the sea". To their credit, US university administrators have uniformly refused to abide by student government resolutions supporting BDS, thus making them symbolic expressions by petulant, pro-Palestinian dominated students. Now lawmakers, recognizing the anti-Jewish motives behind the faux claims of human rights for Palestinians, are starting to take action.
