A 17-year-old Afghan migrant has been arrested in the SW town of Freiburg accused of raping a murdering a young German woman.

So we add another victim on the altar of Angela Merkel's immigration policy. Incredibly, Merkel is running for reelection next year still insisting in her own words, "We can make this work".
