Caesar Goodson, one of the Baltimore police officers charged in the Freddie Gray case has just been acquitted on all counts. Goodson was the driver of the paddy wagon that was transporting Gray to jail.

The prosecution claimed that Goodson gave Gray a "rough ride" that resulted in Gray's injuries. Yet another prisoner who was in the van testified that the ride was smooth. In addition, the van was captured on several street surveillance cameras as it drove through the streets of Baltimore and no erratic driving was observed.
It kind of makes you wonder why charges were brought with this kind of evidence. Now that the prosecutors have tried to make the case that Goodson's driving was the cause of Gray's death how do they prosecute the arresting officers?
This prosecution stinks to high heaven.
If the charges don't fit, you must acquit.
