Well, what else can you call it when a professor gets a $140,000 grant for some program to deal with the "problem" of obesity in  Mexican-American women?

Listen. Give me $140,000, and I'll send a mass email to every person in the phone book with a Spanish surname telling them to cut out the carbs, fats and calories, and get plenty of exercise. It's the secret cure to obesity among Mexican-American women.

Come to think of it, it works pretty well for us gringos too.
