In the US, a police spokesman would tell the populace to go about their daily lives and that they (the cops) would take back the streets and protect them. In Sweden, where migrant gangs have taken over the streets with a feeling that they are free to attack Swedish women, the police tell their citizens to cower behind locked doors.
