It's another week, and the State Department has dribbled out more Hillary Clinton emails. This latest batch shows that her closest aides, Muslim Brotherhood associate Huma Abedin and DOS official Jake Sullivan also used non-secure servers. Judicial Watch has the report.

"Judicial Watch today released nearly 70 pages of State Department records that show that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aides, Deputy Chiefs of Staff Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan, received and sent classified information on their non-state.gov email accounts."
Maybe Hillary and Huma can get matching orange
The FBI could give Huma and Jake immunity from prosecution for vomiting what they know about Hillary in her emails, regarding Benghazi, the Clinton Foundation and handling of top secret and compartmentalized information on her non-secured server. If they do not sing, slam them in the clink and throw the key away.
ReplyDeleteSquid
That's the way it works-up the food chain.
ReplyDeleteSullivan should be an ideal target to flip.
Maybe for Hillary Clinton, orange IS the new black.
ReplyDeleteGary, I know DEA work immunizes you to the knowledge of what really happens... but if this goes like a lot of mundane drug cases, Hillary would turn in Huma and Jake in exchange for a suspended sentence.

ReplyDeleteGary, I know working for DEA immunizes you to the way prosecutions really go... but if this runs like a lot of mundane drug cases, Hillary will turn in Huma and Jake in exchange for a suspended sentence. Some experienced dealers actually find a poor sap to position as the nominal "leader" or "organizer" when they start a new enterprise, and have their "cooperation" ready to roll when caught. Come to think of it, maybe that's what Huma was hired for?
That's not the way it's supposed to work, Siarlys. You trade a lesser fish for a bigger fish.
ReplyDeleteIf any prosecutor made a deal with Hillary to go after Abedin or Sullivan, it would be prosecutorial misconduct.
Yes Gary, I know how its SUPPOSED to work. But prosecutors are dumb bull dogs who want convictions, and the more sophisticated drug dealers know exactly how to work the law. They look for a dumb bunny they can set up to be "the kingpin" before they even begin business, and are ready to make a very convincing case to police, whose m.o. they are thoroughly familiar with. Ever hear of the law of unexpected consequences? Justice Rehnquist was familiar with it.
ReplyDeleteI have seen it being abused by law enforcement. They get a dynamite informant who makes them look great by giving them smaller cases and smaller fish. But that's not the way it is supposed to work. When you arrest a dealer and flip him (get him to cooperate) the idea is get go up the ladder not down.
ReplyDeleteIt has happened, but I never thought it was the rule.
