Fox News has picked up on a PMW video of the Mufti of Gaza giving advice on how men should beat their wives.

It should be noted that Hassan Al-Laham is not just some guy who has been watching too many Ray Rice re-runs. He is relying on scripture for his opinion. It's found in sura 4 verse 34 of the Koran.
