Gabriel Piterberg is a UCLA professor and anti-Israel activist for the Center for Near East Studies, who was accused of sexual advances by two co-eds who have filed a lawsuit alleging the school failed to take proper action.

As I have said before, I have no knowledge as to the veracity of the charges, but I do find it interesting that UCLA did take some (albeit light) punitive action against Piterberg. This makes for an interesting contrast as to how universities treat male students accused of unwanted sexual advances.
"Congratulations, Dr Piterberg on your suspension, which you are spending in sunny Italy."
Keep this in mind the next time you hear Piterberg speak at one of the Center for Near East Studies anti-Israel fests at UCLA.
