So UCLA is instituting a new program for faculty hiring bias training.

"Guillaume Chanfreau, a Chemistry and Biochemistry professor, told The Daily Bruin that “from gender, race and family situations to veteran status, the video alerted me to all the various biases a committee could make.”

As quoted in the Campus Reform article, Guillaume failed to list ideological bias. Right, Guillaume?

"The video did not alert me to that."

Oh wait! I am biased against French, right?
