It appears that the FBI is investigating whether Hillary Clinton's use of a private server to receive and send sensitive/classified information constitutes gross negligence, which could be an offense in itself.

"This is the secretary of state, one of the most targeted individuals by other intelligence entities and agencies in the world using a private server to traffic highly sensitive information and no doubt including classified information and no doubt including info about sources and methods,"Drake said at Thursday’s event."
How you you like to have a grossly negligent president in the White House?
Mere "gross negligence" (no intent required??) a 10-year felony?? WOW!!!
ReplyDeleteI am minded that Rudy Guliani has reportedly identified some 15 statutes/laws which Hill has most probably/actually violated, no doubt to include this one. He is a very sharp guy, or at least was when I worked several capers with him back in the early-70's when he was an Asst. U.S. Atty. (later the U.S. Atty.) in NYC. He almost certainly still knows what he is talking about.
But even if you were to assign him an 80% error rate on this one, which is HIGHLY unlikely, that would still leave three (3) hanging out there. May get interesting before it's over.
