Hat tip Campus Watch and Frontpage Magazine
Last night during the Democrat debates, I heard Bernie the Bolshevik Sanders tell us that university education should be free to all. It seemed laughable at the time, but after reading this report from Cinnamon Stillwell of Campus Watch, maybe Bernie has a point. Cinnamon's report concerns a presentation at UC Berkeley by Professor Keith Feldman. Ably assisted by fellow professor Judith Butler, Feldman gave the one millionth recorded college presentation against Israel in the history of US academia. In his presentation, Feldman compared the Palestinians with the blacks in the US.

"American ghettos are like . . . Warsaws, Palestinian refugee camps, or like prison, or like occupied territory. Israeli sovereigns are like Western Europeans or American pioneers, while Palestinians are like African-Americans. . . . Jews are like white people or African-Americans. African-Americans are like Jews."
(Sounds like Rudolf Hess's introduction of Hitler at the 1934 Nuremberg party rally.
"The party is Hitler and Adolf Hitler is Germany, just as Germany is Adolf Hitler... What the f---! Sieg Heil!"
Bernie does have a point. Why the hell should any student have to pay for an education like this?
The Fallacy of Analogy always fails those who rely on it.
ReplyDeleteIncidentally, I wish Bernie was a Bolshevik, but he makes the average Menshevik look like Lenin.
