Omar the Ingrate Barghouti Appears at UC Berkeley

He's back! Omar the Qatari, Egyptian, Palestinian Ingrate Barghouti ( We don't know really what he is in terms of nationality.) has been let back in the US where he can continue his campus tour advocating for the destruction of Israel. This time, he was at UC Berkeley-sponsored, of course, by several academic departments. Pro-Israel Bay Bloggers has the story.

Of course, I have caught Barghouti's act at UC Irvine and at UC Riverside. On the former occasion, he refused to state to me where he was born. The question was relevant because Barghouti was getting an advance degree at Tel Aviv University, much to the consternation of his fellow students. On the latter occasion, his sponsor, professor David Lloyd (a charming fellow), said it was preposterous for me to ask when he might sponsor a speaker with an opposing point of view for the benefit of his students. Such is the type of scholarship that surrounds speaking appearances by Barghouti.
