Kerry "Warns" North Korea of "Serious Consequences"




Here's one for a few yuks. John Kerry, aka Mr Tough Guy, is warning North Korea of severe consequences if they violate the nuclear ban.

    Probably about as serious as Obama's "line in the sand" warning to Syria re the use of chemical weapons. More mopery.
