State Department Can't Find Blumenthal Emails

Hillary Clinton told reporters in March that she had turned over to the State Department some 55,000 pages of emails from her private server including all that were of a sensitive nature. That included all her correspondence from Sid Blumenthal.

Except that the State Department cannot account for at least 15 of them.

But Blumenthal turned over his copies of his emails to Clinton when he testified before Trey Gowdy's select committee investigating Benghazi. Those emails concerned the revolt in Libya against Muammar Ghadafi and were passed through Blumenthal to Clinton by one of Sid's pals who was trying to drum up business in Libya. If Gowdy already has copies, why are there no copies on file in DOS-as supposedly turned in by Hillary?

Conclusion? Hillary didn't tell the truth.

  1. Ever wonder why Hillary is so adamant about not having destroyed any "official" records, and is covering up like a cat with the runs?? Maybe because 18 U.S. Code 2071 (b) provides that:

"Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States".

She was most certainly the "custodian", and it looks like a conviction would preclude her from being Prez.

    Just thinking.

  2. P.S.--Trey Gowdy is quoted as stating:

“The State Department has (recently) informed the Select Committee [on Benghazi] that Secretary Clinton has failed to turn over all her Benghazi and Libya related records. This confirms doubts about the completeness of Clinton’s self-selected public record and raises serious questions about her decision to erase her personal server—especially before it could be analyzed by an independent, neutral third party arbiter."

Looks like she may possibly be becoming expendable and State is essentially admitting her lies. If true, the only two possibilities I can see are that either she still has them and has not yet turned them over to State, or that she destroyed them when she erased her server, etc.

  3. I wonder how many "Get Out of Jail Cards" Ms. Clinton has in her purse, made out of testicular tissue.

  4. Come to think of it, the felony conviction itself would bar her, but it will never happen.

  5. Actually, nothing in the constitution bars a convicted felon from serving as president. All they have to do is convince voters that they are still the best candidate available.
