Even among Democrats in Congress, Rep. Hank Thompson stands out as a bumbling idiot. This is the same guy who told somebody from the Pentagon during hearings on troop deployments to Guam that he was concerned the island might tip over. He was actually serious. The man is a caricature of himself.
Now comes Thompson on the House floor protesting police shootings. he reads a list of police shooting "victims" with no reference as to the circumstances of their shooting even including Michael Brown. Of course, this boob doesn't mention the names of recent police who have been shot.

Sounds like this guy is the George W. Bush of the Black Political Caucus.
