As we already knew here comes more confirmation that CIA fighters were told to stand down as they were trying to go to the rescue of our diplomats at the Benghazi mission.
Does anybody care about this or is there nothing to see here?
What say you, Representative Elijah Cummings?
How about you, Mrs Clinton?
I watched the entire program last night on Fox news. I hope they repeat the show over the weekend. First, the men who fought at Benghazi were and are among the bravest I have experienced. Second, I condemn Hillary, Cummings, Rice. Obama and the rest of his minions for the deceit, deception and dishonesty delivered to the American people, in order to protect their political backsides. This video must be played often, to remind us of the liars and especially if Hillary decides to run and completely destroy America with her lies. "What difference does it make at this time" must be on every car bumper across the United States.

Have you totally missed it Gary? The first hand accounts make it abundantly clear that the local CIA officer in charge made the "stand down" decision on his own authority, hoping to avoid revealing the existence of the CIA mission. The "stand-down" lasted less than an hour, which was more than enough time to lose the situation irrevocably.
ReplyDeleteBad judgement? Absolutely.
A scandal at the top level of the Obama administration? Not hardly.
And nothing to back up those lurid stories you were blithely passing along, about whole military units ready to dispatch, and being put on hold from Washington. Those were pure fabrication.
@ Sairlys,
ReplyDeleteIt is not clear that the CIA officer made the stand down order in his own. There is no evidence of this, as fact. An investigation, from an independent source, not the DoJ or the White House is needed for this task, as Holder is the king of deception and cover-up.
It is my opinion that the all CIA contractors wanted to go in immediately save the Ambassador and the other three men who tried to save him.

Right Squid, and there is no evidence that Pontius Pilate didn't consult with Rome before the Crucifixion, or, for that matter, that he didn't ask the High Priest what to do.
ReplyDeleteWhat is known is that those on the scene (who are every bit as brave as you have said, and also prescient) have referenced an order from the CIA officer. The rest is pure speculation. Oh, and your opinion... which is no basis for determining the jurisdiction for an investigation.
You don't seem to give much credence to those brave heroes you were deferentially mentioning a moment ago.
