Tracking Speech on Twitter

I cannot be anything but suspicious when the government under this administration and academia team up to monitor speech. So it is with this latest project by the University of Indiana funded by the National Science Foundation to monitor Twitter.

    ISIS uses Twitter. Do you want them tracked, or not?

    (I don't much care. I don't use Twitter. Twitter is for Twits).
