Regardless of whether or not these suddenly located backup tapes contain Lois Lerner's missing e-mails, the IRS continues day by day to demonstrate what a befuddled agency it is-except when they are collecting our taxes.

Think of it: We ordinary tax-payers are supposed to maintain our records for what-five years? Or is it seven? Yet these people at the IRS can just delete, shred, or throw their own records into the Potomac if they want. Or crash their computers.
And there sits that arrogant apparatchik, John Koskinen, with his Cheshire smile and making up story after story.
Now they have found backup tapes. They are reviewing them now. They don't know what they contain.
I think this is one gigantic stroke job.
