Chuck Hagel and Tim Howard


At least Chuck Hagel knows how to laugh at himself. In this latest laffer, Hagel thanks US soccer goalie Tim Howard for "defending" the USA.

    Yeah, Howard can play soccer with some of the kids in the holding camps.
