Did Obama Tell Hillary To Use the Video Lie on Benghazi?

A newly released book by Edward Klein (Blood Feud) is alleging that on the evening of September 11, 2012, President Obama called Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and over her protests, told her to put out a message blaming the anti Muslim video for the attack on Benghazi.

This is, of course, a most serious revelation which, if true, would destroy whatever is left of Obama's credibility, and would also be devastating to Clinton's presidential hopes.

But it remains to be proven.

This, of course, is based on an anonymous source.  It is interesting that this source, supposedly a member of Clinton's team has put out a story that shifts most of the blame to Obama while an earlier book by Kenneth Timmerman puts the blame on both as having concocted the video story. Could this be an indication that the wheels are coming off the story? It would be nice if Clinton could be asked this question under oath, but I doubt that it will happen. Probably something to do with presidential privilege with his cabinet will get in the way.

  1. Or maybe everyone was trying to figure out a situation that was obscured by the clouds of war, and Monday morning quarterbacking has been going on every since. Seldom in human history has so much hot air been spewed by so few and ignored by so many.

  2. Whether Klein's information is valid, reliable or not, the timing of the book is critical. This book casts doubt on the integrity of Obama and Hillary. It is Obama and Hillary that needs to wash this claim down the drain. They will try to do this, all the way up to the next election. Klein has used a Saul Alinsky rule to call further attention to both of them. Of course, Obama and his minions in the DOJ have used these techniques on political enemies. The late Senator Stevens comes to mind when the DOJ broom riders falsely accused Stevens of ethics violations, when in fact the broom riders violated Brady evidence requirements numerous times to convict him. The cases were thrown out of court. But the damage was done, as Stevens lost the Senate election and allowed the Senate to remain in Democratic hands.
    Bravo Klein!

  3. No book casts doubt on anything unless the author is credible and their research substantiated.
