Attacks at Karachi Airport

Back in the 1970s, I was flying from Bangkok to New York on one of those Pan Am around the word flights through Europe. The plane stopped at Karachi for refueling  and to pick up passengers. I had the option of staying on the plane or wandering around the transit lounge for an hour or two. I stayed on board. To this day, it is the only time I have ever been in Pakistan. And to this day, it's one of the wisest decisions I have ever made in my life. Another was never going back.

So today news is breaking that jihadists have attacked Karachi's airport, and and at least 13 are dead. Tomorrow, it will be someplace else, a Boko Haram massacre of Christians in Nigeria, or a Christian church burning in Egypt, or a beheading in Syria. Before long we will mark 24,000 terrorist attacks in the name of Allah just since 9-11.

  1. Hmmm, gunmen, even "militants"... I wonder if it was those pesky Ahmish again or maybe even the Mossad, as they have so much to gain from such an attack.

I wonder if your anonymous morons will understand why we have increased security everywhere now... it is because of YOU.

  2. Your point?

You write like a leftist -- the cheap American post-1960s variety.
