Hat tip Elder of Ziyon and Max
One of my readers, Max, brought this to my attention this morning. This regards a Cleveland coveniece store that prominently displays anti-Semitic art

Max comments that much of the imagery is similar to that seen at anti-Israel week exhibits seen on campuses.
To be honest, the worst anti-Semitic image I have ever seen at UC Irvine (on the so-called apartheid wall) is this caricature of Ariel Sharon.
This image appeared on the apartheid wall at UC Irvine in 2008. I photographed it myself, and after complaints were made, the Muslim Student Union took it down. It was drawn by some young man (whose name escapes me) up in the Bay Area who is noted for these vicious drawings.
On another occasion (2010) at UC Irvine, the MSU displayed posters equating the Israeli Defense Forces with American soldiers in Vietnam and showing the latter in images portraying atrocities against the Vietnamese people. There was also a poster showing the KKK's mistreatment of black people. You can view the images below:

As for this character in Cleveland, I hope this gets wide distribution and decent people will not give him any business.
Thanks for posting this. It's not just the imagery--it's the artistic style. I'm convinced that some of the panels (of the UCSD wall, at least) were created by someone very well schooled in the same artistic style of imagery and propaganda as whoever painted those gas station murals in Cleveland. There's an uncanny resemblance between the hand-written texts, the titles at the top, the arrangement of the text with the picture, and even some of the image details. I wouldn't be surprised if the connections go further than that.
ReplyDeleteMax,
ReplyDeleteIt all goes back to one simple truth. It is all based on jew hatred.
Gosh Gary, don't you know that business owners are privileged to post anything they want at their business, and the nanny state government is violating the constitution if it tries to command and control his free speech?
