Hat tip Atlas Shrugs
CAIR has announced its latest act of lawfare. They are launching legal action against Boomers, an amusement park company, because it won't allow people with head coverings to ride their go-karts as part of a safety concern. A Sikh group is joining in the action. Here is the story as reported by this morning's Orange County Register.

Here is CAIR's report from their national website:

Discrimination or really a safety concern? Here is one part the OCR left out of its story, which I got off of Atlas Shrugs. It is a report from the British newspaper, The Telegraph.

Now do you think that Boomers was well aware of this 2010 incident in the UK, where a Muslim woman wearing a hijab was killed in a go-cart when said hijab got tangled up in the axle? You bet they were. Is there not a question of liability here?
You talk about sloppy reporting!
