Arabs and a great number of them Muslim comprise 20% of the Israeli population. They are free to practice their religion (except for suicide murders) throughout the country. As a matter of fact, in mainstream Jewish theology, it is comparatively difficult to convert to Judaism. You can't just say 3 words like the Muslims and become Muslim. You have to demonstrate a conviction to become Jewish for an appropriate reason, study, and believe it or not, pass an oral exam before a panel of 3 rabbis. It is a long process.
Carter is like the MU students who believe and say ANYTHING because they are, underlying everything else, antisemitic.
