Another J Street Sell Out of Israel

Hat tip to JJ

Here is yet another reason why the so-called "Pro-Israel, pro-peace" J Street is an enemy of Israel posing as a friend. Just as they have consistently backed Palestinian demands, once again, they stick Israel in the back. Now they are backing the refusal of the Palestinian Authority and Mahmoud Abbas to recognize Israel as a Jewish state. The below article is in the Washington Free Beacon.

All you have to know about J Street is that is has been funded by none other than George Soros.

Setting aside the question of Gaza-run by Hamas, which in its very charter rejects negotiation and calls for the last Jew to be removed form the Holy Land, the PA is hardly negotiating in good faith. Of course, they will not accept Israel as a Jewish state. That is because this whole conflict is not about land; it is about religion. The so-called partners for peace in the PA are still running shows on TV and educating their children that Jews are the sons of apes and pigs, just as the Koran tells them in sura 7:166, sura 2:65, and even more explicitly in sura 5:60. Even Yasser Arafat would tell the Western world what they wanted to hear about peace in English while telling his followers that they were going to take it all in Arabic. A peace treaty, Arafat explained to the Palestinians, would just be just a temporary settlement, a hudna, which is a principle going back to the days of the Prophet Mohammad, which says it is permissible to make a temporary peace treaty with your enemy when you were in a position of weakness and just as permissible to break it when it suited you-in other words when you were strong enough to defeat your enemy.

On April 18, 1998, Arafat gave an interview on Egyptian Orbit TV in which he reminded his audience of when Mohammad made the Hudaibiya truce in 628 a.d. with the then more  powerful Quraish (pagan) tribe.  Two years later, Mohammad's forces attacked Mecca and slaughtered the Quraish.

The problem is that once a Palestinian nation is created, with a seaport, airport, sovereignty, and the ability to make agreements with whichever foreign nation t desires, how does Israel or anyone prevent it from receiving arms and troops from, say, Iran, with which to attack Israel? Make no mistake; any treaty the PA makes with Israel will only be considered a first step. The eventual goal will always be the end of Israel and a nation called Palestine-with no Jews- from the (Jordan) river to the (Mediterranean) sea.

Apparently, all of this is lost on the people of J Street, as well as President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry.

  1. The Left is the Left the world over! One of the Left's overall (not every leftie) positions is antisemitic and certainly anti-Israel. You saw it with the uproar at the Democratic National convention. You see it in the actions of this left wing government.

These traitors of their own People, Ben Ami, or George Soros and even some in Israel are useful to those who would destroy Israel completely. Out of 12 or so million Jews world wide you are bound to get X number of psychopaths, traitors, and plain idiots.

We have them here in the U.S. and in the U.K with ordinary and even privileged members of the society that has given them so much, join the clear enemies of their state.

It is a shame that the left doesn't even acknowledge the murderous intentions of the Palestinians. Further, that they teach hatred to their children prolongs the conflict for generations.

Incidentally, the P.A. promised to stop that hateful teaching as one of the conditions of the Oslo Accords. But you know what a promise means to a Muslim... it is covered under the hudna principles of honesty and fair dealing.
