Senate Judicial Judicial Committee Snubs Daniel Faulkner's Widow
Pat Leahy
As the confirmation of a lawyer who took on the appeals case of cop-killer Mumia Abu Jamal winds its way through the Senate, Chairmen Pat Leahy (D-VT) will not allow the widow of slain Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner to testify at the hearings. In addition, the DA of Philadelphia is also opposed to the nomination.
