O'Reilly-Obama Interview Part 2

Hat tip Daily Caller

Here is part 2 of the Bill O'Reilly interview of President Obama. It lasts 7 minutes and 30 seconds. This one is not nearly as penetrating as part 1, but the President fails to give examples of how Fox News is unfair to him beyond mentioning O'Reilly's questions in part 1. He was also evasive as to the Keystone pipeline.

My question is how is it unfair to ask hard questions, as O'Reilly did in the first part of the interview? Was he expecting Chris Matthews-type questions? As for O'Reilly himself, I think he has been quite fair to Obama in his past commentary on issues. As for Fox News itself, the most consistently critical is Sean Hannity, but Fox has plenty of commentators on their staff who are liberal and defend Obama. The plain fact is Obama does not like criticism.

  1. "OBAMA: [Laughs] Bill, we just went through an interview in which you asked about — uh, healthcare not working, IRS, were we wholly corrupt, Benghazi –"

Basically Obama feeels it is unfair to him to ask him about things that were first, massive mistakes; second, illegal abuse of power; and third, an incompetent, unforgivable, abandonment of Americans under attack.

  2. Since when does Fox News ask "hard questions." They ask stupid questions, juvenile questions, speculative questions, they ask questions dripping with unproven assertions, but hard questions? Fox News staff doesn't have the caliber to construct a hard question.

  3. Hard questions? Those were hard questions. Obama refused to answer them.
